One area of our business you may or may not be familiar with is our repairs. Did you know we have a sister company called Sontec Electronics Ltd? As well as our commercial logistics offering as Concorde Transport Services, we’ve been supplying and repairing the consumer electronics industry since 1985. Working in partnership with most leading brands, we have over 37+ years of experience in electronic repairs.
Our unique placement within both the electronics and logistics industries means we’re able to support our clients two-fold. By repairing electronic devices, and transporting them to and from customers’ homes or businesses.
Our ability to provide services for two distinct elements has led to relationships with major household names.
Here’s how it works
An electronics brand, one that rhymes with Tamdung or Bamaha, let’s say, need a faulty product collected from the customer’s home. Their software work seamlessly with ours to calculate the journey, vehicle and driver best suited to do so in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We collect and bring the item to our workshop for fixing, in or out of warranty. Repair it, and once fixed, it makes its way back to the customer. If it can’t be fixed, a replacement is shipped out by us.

A bespoke service we provide for one particular household electronics company, is to visit all their nationwide service centres and collect used spare parts. They’re then returned to our warehouse in Norwich, sorted, palletised and collected weekly for recycling.
And that’s not all…
Working directly with manufacturers, we also provide call centre support, spare part supply and distribution, storage, and large or small-scale reworks.
Small-scale reworks are when a manufacturer has a product that needs modification. A new part needs to be fitted to all their stock, for instance. We’re able to do this as we can unload pallets, store products, have the expertise to fit it, and then re-load them for delivery.
