Fulfilment Services
We offer fulfilment services to support small retailers and Amazon sellers. Simply send us your stock to store in our dry, safe and secure warehouse, and we’ll do the rest.
We’ll palletise the delivery and monitor your stock using our warehouse management system. When you receive an order we’ll then pick, pack and deliver to your customers anywhere in the UK.

Returns Service
As well as deliveries, we work with national electronics retailers collecting returned goods as well as delivering them. Once the returned goods reach our warehouse, our skilled team will check them (to your requirements) and promptly update our warehouse management system to automatically update yours.
We can also offer a repairs service via our in-house electronics repair company, Sontec Electronics. Working with electronics companies, we are uniquely placed to provide an all-in-one service whereby we collect, repair and/or update software, store, pack and redeliver nationwide. We even recycle and manage spare parts. All from the Concorde warehouse in Norwich.
