Our work with EvenGreener began in July 2024. We were brought on board to manage deliveries of water butts and composters across Norfolk. By the end of the year, our remit had expanded to cover East Anglia and the South East, and by early 2025, we were delivering nationwide.
With this expanded coverage came a wider product range; food bins and compost accelerator liquid were added to the delivery list. For EvenGreener, this is an ongoing council contract requiring frequent, high-volume deliveries. They needed a logistics partner they could trust to fulfil orders consistently and on time, and that’s exactly what we delivered.
The items themselves, large but lightweight, stackable, and clean to transport, lend themselves well to our model. For us it’s a simple addition to our day. These items don’t require signatures, and recipients don’t need to be home for delivery. While this scale of contract could overwhelm an independent business without significant investment, for us, it was a natural fit. With our vehicles, network, software, drivers, and systems already in place, we were able to integrate and execute the work seamlessly.

Streamlined, Stress-Free Logistics
EvenGreener first contacted us in June 2024, and by the following month, we were already handling their distribution and logistics. We took time to understand their priorities and pain points, ensuring our support would have the biggest possible impact.
Due to the size and volume of their products, independent couriers weren’t a viable option. At the same time, EvenGreener wanted more control over their distribution than a large-scale delivery company might allow. Concorde Transport Services provided the perfect balance; maintaining control over product distribution and customer satisfaction, while removing the burden of managing logistics in-house.
Our fulfilment system, Mintsoft, factors in timescales, van capacity, route planning, and driver availability to create the most efficient daily delivery plan. By importing delivery requirements and customer details directly into the system, we can integrate EvenGreener’s jobs into our existing routes and driver schedules seamlessly.
